The complete carbon solution. Now in a top loading pedicle screw system, CarboClear is made of continuous carbon fibres reinforced with PEEK (CFRP). These fibres provide strength while the PEEK Polymer adheres the fibers together.

The continuous carbon fibres are layered in a unidirectional, longitudinal orientation, as well as in a helical / diagonal orientation, to allow maximal strength & unparalleled fatigue resistance.

This is particularly important for oncological patients where healing is expected to be compromised and the construct is likely to be exposed to continual bending and rotational forces.
